Responsibilities
- Harvesting: Perform manual labor tasks related to planting, cultivating, and harvesting seasonal crops.
- Equipment: Operate farm machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Packing: Inspect produce for quality and prepare items for packing and shipping.
- Maintenance: Assist in general farm maintenance, including cleaning work areas and repairing fencing.
- Safety: Adhere strictly to all safety guidelines, OSHA regulations, and company protocols.
- Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with fellow workers and supervisors to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Experience: Previous experience in agriculture, farming, or H2A visa programs is preferred but not mandatory.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods outdoors.
- Availability: Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends, and overtime.
- Attitude: A positive attitude, reliability, and a strong desire to learn.
