Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain heavy agricultural machinery, including tractors, harvesters, and loaders.
- Perform manual labor tasks such as planting, cultivating, weeding, and harvesting crops.
- Ensure all work is performed in accordance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Inspect produce for quality and report any issues to field supervisors immediately.
- Load and unload harvested goods onto trucks and storage containers.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily production targets.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and equipment.
Qualifications
- Eligible for H2A visa sponsorship or currently possess valid legal work authorization in the United States.
- Physically fit and capable of performing strenuous outdoor labor in various weather conditions.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new equipment.
- Valid Driver’s License is required.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Strong commitment to safety, punctuality, and teamwork.
