Responsibilities
- Execute manual labor tasks including planting, harvesting, and crop maintenance.
- Operate and perform routine maintenance on agricultural machinery and equipment.
- Adhere strictly to all H2A visa regulations and company safety standards.
- Monitor crop quality and communicate any anomalies to the site supervisor.
- Collaborate effectively with crew members to meet daily production goals.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment at all times.
- Follow verbal and written instructions to ensure operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Valid H2A work authorization and legal right to work in the United States.
- Physically fit to perform strenuous outdoor labor in varying weather conditions.
- Previous experience in agriculture, farming, or general labor is preferred but not required.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools and farm equipment.
- Reliable transportation to the worksite.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
