Responsibilities
- Lead architectural design and implementation of scalable software solutions
- Mentor and guide 5+ engineers through technical best practices

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years of software development experience with 2+ years in leadership
- Expertise in Java, Python, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture and REST APIs
- Proven experience with Agile/Sc methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Certification in AWS or Azure preferred
