Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable, high-performance web applications using modern frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure best practices and maintainability.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring a seamless user experience across all devices.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement robust solutions in a fast-paced Agile environment.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
- Deep experience with React and Node.js for full-stack development.
- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively.
- Reliable transportation and ability to work from the Indianapolis office 3 days a week.
