Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Technical Specialist to support our growing operations. This full-time role involves working closely with our engineering and product teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Responsibilities
- Execute daily technical tasks and support requests with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement new software features.
- Maintain and improve the performance, reliability, and security of existing applications.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues to minimize downtime.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Document technical processes and contribute to the knowledge base.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience (2-5 years) in a technical role or a strong internship background.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or C#.
- Familiarity with SQL and database management systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
