Responsibilities
- Deploy, configure, and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and cloud systems
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support and troubleshooting for hardware/software issues
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and monitor system vulnerabilities
- Manage documentation for network diagrams, configurations, and incident reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT projects and system upgrades
- Optimize system performance through regular maintenance and updates
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience in enterprise IT infrastructure or systems administration
- Proficiency with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), networking (Cisco/Juniper), and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)

- CompTIA Network+ or equivalent certification required
