Responsibilities
- Manage enterprise network infrastructure (Cisco, VMware)
- Provide Tier 3 technical support for global employees
- Implement cybersecurity protocols (ISO 27001 compliance)
- Coordinate with international teams across 5 time zones
- Document IT procedures in English & collaborate with global IT leads
- Manage cloud migration projects (AWS/Azure)
- Train staff on new systems & security protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 3+ years of enterprise IT infrastructure experience
- Strong English communication skills (written & verbal)
- Cisco CCNA/VMware VCP certifications preferred
- Experience with cross-cultural team collaboration
- Proficiency in network security & cloud technologies
- Valid work authorization in the US or sponsorship eligibility
