Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable microservices using Node.js, Python, and AWS
- Lead API development and database optimization (PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and pair programming
- Collaborate with UX designers to build responsive React/Next.js frontends
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Docker, Kubernetes, and Jenkins
- Conduct security audits and compliance testing for federal contracts
- Drive innovation through quarterly hackathons and tech talks
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in full-stack development (Node.js, Python, React)
- Expertise with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization
- Strong background in Agile/Sc methodologies
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Active Secret or Top Secret clearance preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating complex system architectures
- Experience with government contracting a plus
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
