Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize cloud-based infrastructure solutions (AWS/Azure)
- Manage and troubleshoot complex network systems including firewalls and VPNs
- Oversee server administration and virtualization environments (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Develop disaster recovery plans and conduct regular security audits
- Lead cross-functional IT projects with Agile methodologies
- Provide Tier 3 technical support and mentor junior team members
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise IT infrastructure management
- Expertise in Windows Server, Linux, and Active Directory
