Responsibilities
- Client Engagement: Conduct introductory calls and meetings with potential clients to understand their needs and introduce our services.
- Market Research: Analyze market trends in the Nashville and Florida regions to identify new business opportunities.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with senior management and marketing teams to develop and execute outreach strategies.
- Customer Retention: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnership.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor daily and weekly performance metrics to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Problem Solving: Address client inquiries and resolve issues efficiently to maintain a high standard of service.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Experience: No prior professional experience required—we provide full training!
- Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to type at least 40 WPM.
- Attitude: Self-motivated, energetic, and eager to learn new concepts quickly.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time hours, Monday through Friday.
- Technical: Comfortable navigating basic computer software and CRM systems.
