Responsibilities
- Handle Customer Inquiries: Respond to customer emails, chats, and tickets in a timely and professional manner to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical problems for clients, guiding them through simple solutions or escalating complex issues when necessary.
- Data Entry & Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and internal databases with high attention to detail.
- Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear, friendly, and effective communication at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with remote team members and supervisors to share insights and improve service protocols.
- Training & Development: Participate in daily training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or relevant certification is a plus.
- Experience: No prior experience required; we provide full training for entry-level candidates.
- Computer Skills: Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and web browsers.
- Internet: Stable, high-speed internet connection is mandatory for remote work.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as needed.
