Responsibilities
- Load and unload: Safely load and unload materials from delivery trucks and shipping containers.
- Material handling: Sort, organize, and store inventory in designated warehouse areas.
- Assembly support: Assist assembly lines with basic tasks to ensure production targets are met.
- Maintenance: Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards in compliance with safety regulations.
- Packaging: Properly package finished goods for domestic and international shipping.
- Equipment operation: Operate basic material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Team collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required: We provide full training for candidates with no background in manufacturing.
- Physical stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Language: Basic English communication skills required for safety instructions and teamwork.
- Work authorization: Eligibility to work in the United States or eligibility for an EB3 visa sponsorship.
- Attendance: Reliable attendance and punctuality are mandatory.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not strictly required.
