Responsibilities
- Operate machinery: Learn to safely operate standard manufacturing and assembly equipment with our paid training program.
- Material handling: Load, unload, and move raw materials and finished products efficiently.
- Quality control: Inspect products to ensure they meet our high standards and specifications.
- Site maintenance: Keep the production floor clean, organized, and safe for all team members.
- Shipping & Receiving: Assist in the packaging and shipping of orders using industrial tools.
- Team collaboration: Work closely with supervisors and coworkers to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED) preferred.
- Legal Status: Must be eligible to work in the United States or be open to EB3 Visa sponsorship.
- Language: Basic English communication skills are required.
- Physicality: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform manual labor.
- Attitude: Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a willingness to undergo training.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time shifts, including weekends if necessary.
