Key Responsibilities
As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in our supply chain operations. Your primary duties will include:
- Loading, unloading, and staging materials and products for shipment.
- Operating forklifts and pallet jacks to move inventory safely.
- Picking and packing orders with accuracy and speed.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Performing regular quality checks on incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure efficient workflow.
Required Qualifications
To be successful in this role, we are looking for candidates who are reliable and eager to work. Requirements include:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
- Willingness to work in a temperature-controlled environment.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload materials and products from delivery trucks.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move inventory within the warehouse.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately.
- Keep the warehouse organized and adhere to safety protocols.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
- Basic computer literacy is a plus.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
