Responsibilities
- Handle 50-80 inbound/outbound customer calls daily with professionalism
- Resolve billing inquiries and technical issues using CRM software
- Meet/exceed customer satisfaction targets (CSAT > 90%)
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce database
- Collaborate with team leads for complex escalations
- Participate in weekly virtual training sessions
- Maintain productivity metrics of 25+ cases/hour
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 2+ years customer service experience
- Proficient with CRM tools (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Typing speed of 40+ WPM with 95% accuracy
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet workspace
- Must reside in San Antonio metropolitan area
