Responsibilities
- Harvest and pack tropical fruits (avocados, mangoes, lychees) according to quality standards
- Operate farm machinery including tractors and irrigation systems
- Maintain crop health through pruning, fertilizing, and pest control
- Sort and grade produce for market distribution
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and environmental regulations
- Assist in greenhouse management and seedling propagation
- Participate in team-based farm operations daily
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa sponsorship eligibility (non-US citizens only)
- Minimum 6 months prior farm experience or equivalent training
- Ability to work in outdoor conditions (heat, humidity, variable weather)
- Physical stamina for manual labor (lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, standing)
- Basic English communication skills
- Valid driver's license preferred for equipment operation
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- Clean background check and drug-free certification
