Responsibilities
- Perform manual crop harvesting and sorting to meet quality standards
- Operate farm machinery including tractors and irrigation systems
- Monitor crop health and report pest/disease issues
- Maintain field cleanliness and safety protocols
- Assist with planting, transplanting, and fertilization activities
- Participate in seasonal crop processing and packaging
- Adhere to all USDA and OSHA regulations
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa sponsorship eligibility
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in outdoor conditions
- Basic English communication skills
- Previous agricultural experience preferred
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
