Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops according to seasonal schedules.
- Operate farm machinery and tractors safely and efficiently.
- Maintain and repair agricultural equipment and tools to ensure optimal performance.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and company guidelines on the worksite.
- Assist in general farm maintenance, including fencing and irrigation management.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to perform physically demanding labor in various weather conditions.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Basic English proficiency for safety and communication.
- Previous experience in agriculture, farming, or general labor is preferred but not always required for H2A applicants.
- Legally eligible to work in the United States (US Citizens, Green Card holders, and H2A Visa applicants).
