Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care during weekend shifts (7am-7pm)
- Administer medications and treatments per physician protocols
- Monitor vital signs and document patient progress accurately
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for coordinated care
- Maintain strict HIPAA compliance and safety standards
- Respond to emergency situations with calm professionalism
- Participate in weekend staff training and development
Qualifications
- Active Florida RN or LPN license required
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience in acute care
- BLS/ACLS certification (or ability to obtain immediately)
- Weekend availability mandatory (Sat/Sun 7am-7pm)
- Strong electronic health record (EHR) proficiency
- Exceptional communication and critical thinking skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced weekend environment
