Responsibilities
- Provide personalized care to patients in assisted living facilities
- Assist with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, mobility)
- Monitor vital signs and document patient progress
- Administer medications under RN supervision
- Transport patients to medical appointments
- Maintain clean and organized patient environments
- Communicate effectively with healthcare teams and families
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum 6 months healthcare experience preferred
- CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Clear background check and drug screening
- Valid Massachusetts driver's license (if transporting patients)
- Strong attention to detail and compassion
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
