Responsibilities

- Lead a team of 3-5 marketing specialists
- Manage $500K+ annual marketing budget with ROI optimization
- Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to inform campaigns
- Collaborate with sales and product teams on integrated initiatives

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 8+ years of progressive marketing experience
- 5+ years managing teams and budgets
- Proven track record in B2B tech/fintech marketing
- Expertise in digital analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush)
- Strong strategic planning and project management skills
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities
- Local New Orleans market knowledge preferred
