Responsibilities
- Design and implement high-quality, responsive, and scalable web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers and backend developers to translate wireframes into functional code.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure best practices and maintain code quality.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Debug and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in frontend development.
- Strong proficiency in React.js, TypeScript, and modern CSS (Sass/Styled Components).
- Experience with RESTful APIs and state management libraries (Redux, MobX).
- Deep understanding of web performance optimization and accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote-first culture.
