Responsibilities
- Conduct Technical Assessments: Perform initial screenings and skill evaluations for prospective Full Time candidates.
- Client Management: Maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand specific role requirements and company culture.
- Recruitment Coordination: Schedule and manage interview logistics for the hiring event, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates.
- Market Analysis: Research industry trends in Virginia to ensure our compensation packages remain competitive.
- Candidate Support: Provide guidance and feedback to candidates throughout the interview process.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field preferred.
- Experience: Proven experience in recruitment, sales, or customer service (1-3 years minimum).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and MS Office Suite.
