Responsibilities
- Architect and develop high-quality, scalable web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Node.js).
- Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers and backend engineers to deliver seamless user experiences.
- Optimize database performance and ensure application speed and reliability.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to maintain high coding standards.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical documentation.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in Full Stack Development.
- Strong proficiency in React.js, Node.js, and SQL databases (PostgreSQL/MongoDB).
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, authentication protocols (OAuth/JWT), and cloud services (AWS/GCP).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to debug complex issues under pressure.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
