Responsibilities
- Oversee nightly warehouse operations including inventory management and order fulfillment
- Lead and mentor a team of 10-15 night shift associates
- Ensure strict compliance with safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Coordinate with day shift teams for seamless handover processes
- Monitor performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Resolve operational issues promptly to maintain 99.5% accuracy
- Prepare daily shift reports and performance analytics
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years in warehouse/supervisory role
- Proven experience leading overnight shifts
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Advanced knowledge of inventory management systems
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid California driver's license required
- Flexible schedule availability (including weekends)
