Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse machinery including forklifts and pallet jacks with precision and safety compliance
- Execute efficient inventory management through cycle counts and systematic stock rotation
- Maintain 99.8% order accuracy in fast-paced fulfillment operations
- Implement stringent safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize logistics workflows
- Train new associates on warehouse systems and operational procedures
- Utilize WMS software for real-time inventory tracking and documentation
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse or logistics experience with night shift exposure
- OSHA forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail with proven inventory accuracy record
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced, high-pressure environment
