Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support preferred.
- Must be able to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong computer literacy and typing skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
