Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in delivering federal IT modernization projects
- Manage project lifecycles from initiation to closure using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Coordinate with government stakeholders and compliance officers
- Develop detailed project plans, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies
- Ensure deliverables meet FISMA and NIST security standards
- Track KPIs and provide executive-level progress reports
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in IT project management (government/federal preferred)
- PMP or CSM certification mandatory
