Responsibilities
- Oversee daily IT operations and infrastructure maintenance across 5 global offices
- Lead cloud migration projects using AWS and Azure platforms
- Manage team of 8+ technical professionals including developers and system admins
- Develop and implement cybersecurity protocols and disaster recovery plans
- Collaborate with C-suite executives on digital transformation initiatives
- Manage vendor relationships and technology procurement budgets
- Mentor junior staff and conduct performance reviews
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years progressive IT management experience
- Expertise in cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and DevOps practices
- Strong leadership skills with proven team management experience
- Valid work authorization for US employment (visa sponsorship available)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Certifications in ITIL, PMP, or Cloud Architecture highly desirable
