Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 3 technical support for hardware, software, and network infrastructure across Windows/Linux environments
- Manage and optimize cloud services including AWS, Azure, and Office 365
- Lead cybersecurity initiatives including vulnerability assessments and incident response
- Develop and maintain documentation for IT policies, procedures, and system architecture
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement technology solutions that drive business growth
- Mentor junior IT staff and conduct regular training sessions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of progressive IT support experience with enterprise systems
- Strong expertise in network protocols, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), and cloud platforms
- Valid CompTIA Security+ certification (or willingness to obtain within 90 days)
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, Bash)
- Demonstrated experience with ITIL/ITSM frameworks
