Responsibilities
- Deploy and maintain enterprise hardware/software systems across 500+ endpoints
- Diagnose and resolve complex network, security, and infrastructure issues
- Implement cloud solutions (AWS/Azure) and hybrid infrastructure
- Manage cybersecurity protocols including SIEM and endpoint protection
- Provide Level 3 technical support to internal/external stakeholders
- Document IT procedures and maintain compliance standards
- Mentor junior team members on emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in enterprise IT infrastructure management
- Active security certifications (CompTIA Security+, CISSP preferred)
- Expertise in Windows Server, Linux, and virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Strong scripting skills (Python, PowerShell, Bash)
- Experience with cloud migration projects
- Ability to work flexible hours for system maintenance
