Responsibilities
- Fulfill Customer Orders: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment in a timely manner.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, conduct regular inventory counts, and restock shelves as needed.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor belts.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Load & Unload: Efficiently load and unload delivery trucks using proper lifting techniques.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets quality standards.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and supervisors to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- No Degree Required: A high school diploma or GED is preferred but not mandatory; we value attitude and work ethic over formal education.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfortable with basic arithmetic for inventory and order accuracy.
