Responsibilities
- Manage 10-15 overnight warehouse associates, ensuring task completion and quality standards
- Oversee inventory control, cycle counts, and reconciliation processes
- Enforce OSHA compliance and safety protocols during all shifts
- Coordinate with day-shift teams for seamless transition and operational continuity
- Implement process improvements to boost productivity and reduce errors
- Handle administrative tasks including timekeeping and incident reporting
- Maintain equipment functionality and coordinate maintenance schedules
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in 24/7 operations
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand for extended periods
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree preferred
- Valid driver's license for equipment operation
