Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pack, and ship products according to quality standards and timelines
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and accurately
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate warehouse documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow and productivity
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Resolve operational issues and escalate complex challenges to supervisors
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Availability to work 10 PM - 6 AM schedule, including weekends
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
