Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans based on clinical guidelines.
- Administer medications and treatments in strict adherence to medical protocols and hospital policies.
- Monitor patient vital signs and health status closely to ensure immediate intervention when necessary.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, specialists, and interdisciplinary care teams to optimize patient outcomes.
- Provide clear education and emotional support to patients and their families regarding diagnosis and treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient records and care provided.
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required (or eligibility to obtain one).
- Must be eligible for US Visa sponsorship (H1B, TN, or Green Card).
- BSN preferred; Associate degree in Nursing (ADN) accepted with relevant experience.
- Strong critical thinking and clinical decision-making skills under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities in English.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
