Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in specialized clinical units
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop treatment plans
- Administer medications and treatments per protocols
- Document patient records accurately in EHR systems
- Monitor patient vital signs and response to interventions
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
- Maintain strict compliance with JCAHO standards
Qualifications
- BSN degree (or international equivalent) required
- Active RN license in good standing
- Minimum 2 years clinical nursing experience
- Valid BLS and ACLS certifications
- Eligibility for US visa sponsorship (TN, H1B, J1)
- Strong communication skills in English
- Experience with Epic EHR preferred
