Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care in specialized units (ICU, ER, Oncology, etc.)
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Administer medications and treatments per established protocols
- Document patient records accurately and maintain electronic health records
- Mentor junior staff and participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance and hospital safety regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or higher degree
- Active RN license in Maryland or eligible for endorsement
- Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience in acute care
- Valid BLS and ACLS certifications
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
- Proficiency in electronic health record systems (EPIC preferred)
- Eligibility for TN, H-1B, or J-1 visa sponsorship
