Responsibilities

- Document all customer interactions and technical resolutions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with senior technicians to resolve complex technical escalations.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and resolve tickets within SLA.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new team members.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred but not required).
- Proven experience in customer service or technical support (1+ years preferred).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Basic knowledge of Windows, Mac, and common office software.
- Ability to troubleshoot basic connectivity and hardware issues.
- Reliable transportation to the Chandler, AZ office.
