Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for technical and professional roles.
- Sourcing and identifying top talent through various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networking).
- Screening resumes and conducting phone interviews to assess candidate fit.
- Coordinating and facilitating in-person and technical interviews with hiring managers.
- Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Collaborating with the management team to understand staffing needs and strategies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in technical recruitment or a related field.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and technical skill sets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Proven track record of successfully placing candidates.
