Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software applications using modern technologies.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to the continuous improvement of engineering processes.
- Identify and resolve technical issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks efficiently.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in a direct hire capacity.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or Java, and experience with front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue).
- Strong understanding of SQL and relational database management systems.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
