Responsibilities
- Lead Development: Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications using modern frameworks and best practices.
- Code Optimization: Identify performance bottlenecks and refactor code to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to define technical requirements.
- Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior developers, conducting code reviews and technical training sessions.
- System Architecture: Contribute to the architectural design of systems and infrastructure.
- Testing & Deployment: Implement automated testing strategies and CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth deployments.
- Problem Solving: Debug complex issues and provide innovative solutions to technical challenges.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, Node.js, and SQL.
- Tools: Strong experience with Git, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts.
- Agile Mindset: Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
