Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles from conception to delivery using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Manage cross-functional teams of 10+ members across engineering, design, and marketing departments
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
- Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring budget adherence and stakeholder alignment
- Implement process improvements to enhance team productivity and project success rates

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
