Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver complex federal initiatives on aggressive timelines
- Develop detailed project plans, budgets, and resource allocation strategies
- Manage stakeholder communications across government agencies and private partners

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of project management experience with federal government contracts
- PMP or CAPM certification required
- Proven track record managing budgets exceeding $5M
- Expertise in MS Project, Jira, and Asana
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making abilities
