Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects on time and within budget
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
- Manage stakeholder communications across government agencies and private sector partners
- Implement Agile methodologies to optimize project workflows
- Conduct risk assessments and mitigation planning

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of project management experience with federal contracts

- Expertise in Jira, MS Project, and Asana
