Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain complex IT infrastructure including cloud environments (AWS/Azure) and on-premise systems
- Lead cybersecurity initiatives and ensure compliance with industry standards (HIPAA, PCI-DSS)
- Provide Level 3 support for network, server, and application issues with rapid resolution
- Develop automation scripts using Python/PowerShell to streamline operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology with business objectives
- Document systems architecture and create disaster recovery plans
- Mentor junior IT staff and conduct technical training sessions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise IT infrastructure management
- Certifications: AWS Certified Solutions Architect, CompTIA Security+, or equivalent
- Expertise in virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), networking (Cisco/Juniper), and Windows Server administration
- Strong scripting skills (Python, PowerShell, Bash)
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and customer service orientation
