Responsibilities
- Lead development of microservices architecture using Go and AWS Lambda
- Optimize database performance (PostgreSQL/Redis) handling 10M+ daily transactions
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and architecture sessions
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Terraform
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical specs
- Drive security best practices and compliance initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in backend development with Go/Python
- Expertise in cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP) and containerization
- Proven track record designing scalable RESTful APIs
- Strong knowledge of distributed systems and event-driven architecture
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Experience with Agile methodologies and Jira
