Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Node.js).
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and UX/UI designers to translate requirements into high-quality code.
- Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and code quality for a seamless user experience.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct rigorous technical code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Participate in agile methodologies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues and bugs in real-time.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and ensure system security and scalability.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in Full Stack Development (JavaScript/TypeScript preferred).
- Strong proficiency in front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue) and back-end technologies (Node.js, Python, Java).
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, SQL, and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, PostgreSQL).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
- BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent technical experience.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment with changing priorities.
