Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve complex hardware/software issues across 200+ endpoints
- Implement and maintain network security protocols including firewalls and VPNs
- Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and virtual environments
- Provide Tier 3 support for critical business applications
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system upgrades
- Mentor junior IT staff and conduct technology training sessions
Qualifications
- 5+ years in enterprise-level IT support with proven incident resolution
- CompTIA Security+ and/or AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification
- Expertise in Windows Server 2019/2022 and Active Directory
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell/Bash)
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms
- Excellent communication skills with technical/non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to work flexible hours including on-call rotations
