Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable web applications using React, Node.js, and cloud services.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring low latency and high availability.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment processes.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Identify and resolve technical debt to ensure long-term system health.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular).
- Experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, Python, or Java.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Strong understanding of database management systems (SQL & NoSQL).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, remote team environment.
